One-Time Purchases (Basic & Premium)
Refund requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the resume must not have been downloaded more than twice. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Plans
Subscription refunds are available within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription if no resumes have been generated. Partial-month refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the 48-hour window. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Resumes downloaded more than twice
- Requests made after the 7-day window (one-time) or 48-hour window (subscription)
- Dissatisfaction with employment outcomes (ResumeZenith does not guarantee employment)
- Inaccurate information provided by the user
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
