By accessing or using ResumeZenith ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ResumeZenith provides professional resume creation and formatting services. We create tailored, ATS-optimized resumes based on information you provide.

3. No Employment Guarantees

IMPORTANT: ResumeZenith does NOT guarantee job placement, employment, or interview opportunities. Our service provides professionally formatted resumes, but hiring decisions are made solely by employers. Results may vary based on factors including but not limited to: the job market, your qualifications, the specific positions you apply for, and employer preferences. We make no representations or warranties regarding employment outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. You must not submit fraudulent, misleading, or false information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Payments and Billing

One-time payments are processed at the time of purchase. Subscription plans renew automatically at the current rate until cancelled. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The resume content generated from your information belongs to you. The ResumeZenith brand, templates, and platform design remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMEZENITH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Data Handling

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data solely to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
